HubEntry.com is a web-based human resource application. Your use of this web site is subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing this website, you are agreeing with these terms and conditions and any and all applicable laws. These terms and conditions are subject to change by HubEntry at any time without prior notice.
By accessing this site, you understand and agree that HubEntry may share information about you with other companies for the purpose of processing your purchase of services or products, including fraud prevention and credit card authorization.
Descriptions of services and products on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. HubEntry reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information, at any time without prior notice.
ACCOUNTS You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. HubEntry only sells services and products to persons that are over 18 years of age and who can make purchases with a credit card or other authorized payment method. HubEntry reserves the right to refuse or cancel service or terminate accounts at any time without notice for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion. HubEntry will bill you for its services in advance on a monthly basis. There will be no refunds or credits for partial or unused months of service. HubEntry reserves the right to change its fees upon 15 days notice to you, which notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the website or otherwise.
Additionally, HubEntry provides for a 30 day free trial of certain services. HubEntry reserves the right to administer or refuse this free trial at any time, for any reason. This 30 day trial may also be terminated at any time, with notification given to customers at a reasonable time prior to cancelation as determined by the HubEntry team. After the conclusion of the 30 day free trial, HubEntry will begin to automatically bill your account as per your current usage. The responsibility is on the user to cancel an account prior to the end of the 30 day trial to avoid incurring any costs. HubEntry reserves the right to collect certain payment information prior to this 30 day free trial for the express purpose of billing customers at the conclusion of the 30 day free trial
LICENSE TO ACCESS AND USE SITE HubEntry grants you a limited license to access and personally use this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of HubEntry.
